Frequently asked questions

How and when do I receive payouts from Two?

Add your bank account when you enroll. Payouts run weekly on Mondays, covering all invoices fulfilled by the previous Sunday. After fees, funds are deposited directly, and you can track every transaction in the Settlements tab of the Merchant Portal.

If a buyer pays late, do I lose the money or does Two deduct it from my settlement?

Neither. Two still pays out the full order amount and handles invoice reminders to the buyer directly. If an invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, it goes to a collections agency, and that buyer is blocked from checking out with Two again until the debt is cleared.

Do I have to wait for the customer to pay before I get my settlement?

No. Two delivers settlements on a regular schedule regardless of when the buyer actually pays their invoice. Most merchants choose the weekly payout, so cash flow stays predictable.
